Shipping
We want to give our customers great value and service. That’s why we ship from our warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe and Asia depending on where and what’s in stock.
Our handling time is 1-4 business days. Then we pass the orders to our shipping partners: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post or New Zealand Post depending on your location and the fastest service available.
- United States: 5-8 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 8-15 business days

Should you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped, we’ll process it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to go through the returns process.
