We know life with little ones can be unpredictable. Whether it’s a last-minute change or a simple adjustment we want to make your shopping experience as stress-free as possible. That’s why Kukoo Montessori designed our Cancellation Policy for busy parents.

1. Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?

We get it – plans change. That’s why we give you 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change to your order. Maybe you picked the wrong variant or you’ve had a change of heart – no problem at all!

2. What if I Missed the 12 Hour Window?

Missed the 12 hour-window? No problem – we’ll do our best to help. Here’s what happens:
We’ll check on your order to see if it’s still in the processing stage.
If changes or cancellations are still possible we’ll let you know.
We can’t guarantee anything after 12 hours but we’ll do our best to help where we can.

3. Refund Process

If approved, we’ll process your refund asap. Here’s what to expect:
Refunds are issued within 1-2 business days.
Credited back to the original payment method.
We get it sorted so you can get back to what matters most – your family.
