Load the Cargo. Sort the Shapes. Drive Away.
A truck that teaches. A toy that travels.
The Kukoo™ Wooden Shape Sorting Truck combines two toddler obsessions—vehicles and posting things into holes—into one irresistible toy. This cheerful wooden truck rolls on bright red wheels while carrying a very special cargo: colorful geometric shapes waiting to be sorted through the roof.
Circle, square, triangle, and more—each chunky block fits through only one hole. Drop them in, hear the satisfying thunk, and watch them land safely in the “cargo hold” behind the slatted wooden bars. When the truck is full? Flip open the hinged roof, dump out the shapes, and start the delivery route all over again.
A pull string at the front lets them tow their shape-sorting truck across the room. Sort at the table, then drive to the next destination. The toy grows with their play—first it’s a shape sorter, then it’s a pull toy, then it’s a delivery truck in their imaginative world.
Start the engine! Bring home the ‘Shape Sorting Truck’ and let learning hit the road.
Why Parents (and Little Drivers) Love It:
🚚 Two Toys in One: Shape sorter meets pull-along truck. Double the play value, double the learning.
🔴🟢🔵 Colorful Cargo: Bright primary-colored shapes make sorting visually exciting and color learning natural.
🚪 Easy Access Design: The hinged roof flips open for quick shape retrieval. No stuck blocks, no frustration.
👀 See-Through Cage: Slatted wooden bars let them see their “cargo” inside—object permanence reinforced with every load.
🛞 Smooth Rolling Wheels: Bright red wheels glide easily on any surface. Built for endless driving adventures.
How to Play: The Delivery Route
1. Shape Discovery (Beginner): Spread out the shapes. “This is a circle! This is a square!” Feel them, name them, build familiarity before sorting.
2. Load the Truck (Intermediate): “Can the triangle find its hole?” They’ll test, rotate, and triumph when each shape drops into the cargo hold.
3. Drive & Deliver (Active): Pull the truck across the room! “The shapes are going to Grandma’s house!” Movement meets imagination.
4. Color Sorting (Learning): “Load all the red shapes first! Now the blue ones!” Adds color recognition to the shape-sorting challenge.
5. Unload & Repeat (Favorite): Flip open the roof, dump out the cargo, reload. The delivery route never ends—and neither does the fun.

All the pieces are a safe enough size for my little one to play with without presenting a chocking hazard.
Even the plastic windshield is detachable!
Pros:
Sturdy wooden build, encourages fine motor skills, fun design with play figures
Cons:
Limited number of shapes, may be small for older children
My one year old isn’t quite ready for shape sorting, but he likes rolling the truck around. The wooden shapes are big enough for him to stack and knock over. I think we’ll get a lot more playtime out of this than a traditional shape sorter.
The truck comes with 9 colorful geometric shapes, and I love how it encourages problem-solving, shape and color recognition, and fine motor skills all at once. He’s so proud every time he gets the right piece into the right spot, and I can already see how it’s helping his coordination and focus. The two little play figures that come with it are an adorable bonus and make the toy even more engaging.
It’s also built really well. The wooden design feels sturdy and durable, with smooth edges and safe, water-based paint. I feel confident letting him play with it, and I know it will hold up to hours of pushing, pulling, and rolling around the house. The truck design is clever too—the moving carriage makes it extra fun to maneuver.
What I like most is how versatile it is. He can play indoors, or even take it outside to use in the sand or yard. It’s the kind of toy that keeps him busy without a screen, while also sneaking in so much early learning.
Overall, this toy is thoughtful, safe, and incredibly fun. For me, it’s the perfect mix of play and education, and I know my grandson will enjoy it for a long time.
The wooden pieces are sturdy and smooth, with no sharp edges, and the colors are bright enough to grab his attention without being overwhelming. The two little play figures were an unexpected bonus—he likes to pretend they’re “driving” the truck, which adds another layer of imaginative play.
What I appreciate most is how it sneaks in learning. While he’s having fun, he’s also practicing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and shape and color recognition. It feels like one of those toys that grows with him—right now it’s about sorting and loading, but I can see it becoming more about pretend play as he gets older.
